EKO Paper Products manufactures and supplies eco-friendly paper products including but not limited to paper cups, tissue rolls, dining rolls, HRT rolls, POS billing rolls, bio paper plates, and bagasse products. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment terms are as agreed upon in the invoice or purchase agreement.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• International shipments are subject to customs clearance and applicable duties and taxes.

Returns and Refunds

• Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• Custom or branded products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Refunds will be processed after approval and may take 7-14 business days.
